Last night I tried making some Phó, it turned out pretty tasty, the noodles could have been nicer as they didn’t seem to cook evenly.
I used a delicious scotch fillet and sliced it thinly, turned out very well!
That looks good! What’s your recipe for the soup base?
Thanks! Pretty simple, I used beef stock (4 cups), 200ml water, 2 cloves Garlic, 2 teaspoons grated ginger, some sliced chilli, spring onion, coriander and a bit of basil.
